What type of vehicles do you provide?

Travel With Peace provide luxury vehicles to accommodate any size groups. We provide sedans for up to 4 guest all the way to mini buses that accommodate 28 guest. For more details, see the vehicle page on this website.

What cities do you service?

TWP Chauffeured Transportation is located in the Washington DC metropolitan area, however we provide national and international service through our affiliate network worldwide.

Are your vehicles Non Smoking?

Our vehicles are non smoking due to state law compliance.

Can I book a reservation online?

Yes you can book your reservation online. You may create a profile and begin booking online or you can simply book without a profile. It is recommended to create a profile, this way you can track your reservation history and print ride receipts.

How do I get a receipt?

A receipt is emailed to you after each ride. If for some reason you do not receive your receipt or simply need another copy, you may call (240) 418-3445 or send an email toinfo@twplimo.com for your receipt.

How do I make changes or cancellations?

Travel with Peace requires a 2 hour advance notice for Sedans and SUV and 4 hours for Vans and Buses for cancellation to avoid charges.
Changes to vehicle type can be made up to 2 hours before service and changes to itinerary can be made at anytime.

How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?

TWP Chauffeured Transportation picks our guest up curbside (2nd curb) at BWI and DCA, hourly parking at IAD. The chauffeur can meet at your security gate or baggage claim upon request. Please call our dispatch at (240)418-3445 for assistance.

How do I set up an account?

You can call our customer service department at (240)418-3445 and a specialist will assist you.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes we provide car seats for infants, toddlers and booster seats for an extra $25 charge. Please notify our customer service specialist of this special request.

What is Wait Time?

Wait time only applies to Airport transfers and Point to Point reservations. Travel with Peace gives a 10 minute grace period for non airport pickup and a 30 minute grace at the airport for domestic flights and 1 hour grace for international flights before Wait Time charges may be added.

What is a Stop charge?

Stop charge only applies to to Airport and Point to Point Transfers only. You may request a stop on the way or from the airport for an extra charge of $15.

What is Travel time?

Travel time only applies to Hourly reservations. Travel with Peace adds a 30min travel time for Sedans and SUV reservations and a 1 hour travel time for Vans and Buses. Travel time is the travel from our office to the pick up location and travel time from drop off back to base.

Do you offer discount rates for specialty groups such as AAA, AARP or Military?

Travel with Peace offer competitive rate and we are glad to offer 8% discount for Military and AARP guest only. ID required.
